Job Overview The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Environment and Release Management directs, controls, and administers the enterprise level test environments as well as coordinates and manages the movement of releases through the build, test, and production environments. This role is focused on identifying and engaging high-quality, passive talent—primarily Financial Advisors, Wealth Advisors, and Investment Consultants—across key markets including the Northeast, Midwest, and South. This is a high-impact opportunity to partner closely with recruiters and business leaders, acting as a trusted talent advisor while helping the organization scale and capture market share.
