All state and Federal licenses accepted at all government facilities. About the Opportunity:- Outpatient Clinic includes providing diagnosis, treatment, medication prescription, immunizations, and injury care. Providers will be involved in a mix of in-patient and telemedicine - 8am 5pm, Monday through Friday w/ periodic overtime- 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week. No Weekends or Holidays- Period of performance: 1/1/21 to 12/31/21- Estimated 2 patients/hour- Malpractice Insurance provided- Travel, lodging, and per diem provided for non-local providers- Located minutes from the Canyon De Chelly National Monument.
