Schedule Part-time with two days per week initially Current Office Hours are: Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Duties & Responsibilities Diagnose and treat dental conditions using evidence-based practices Provide comprehensive general dentistry procedures Endodontic experience is a major plus Educate patients on oral health and treatment options Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff Uphold clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards Requirements DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program Active Utah dental license or eligibility for licensure Strong clinical and treatment planning skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered care New graduates and experienced dentists are welcome to apply Pay & Compensation Negotiable daily guarantee or 30% of collections, whichever is greater, for the first 6 months After 6 months: 30% of collections up to $50,000 per month/35% of collections above $50,000 per month Competitive overall compensation structure CE allowance and professional development support Clinical autonomy with mentorship available Clear path for long-term growth and stability Technology & Support Digital records CBCT CEREC with Prime Mill iTero scanner Electric handpieces Endo motor Experienced and supportive clinical and administrative team Positive, respectful, collaborative work environment How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
