Position Summary The Electric Quality Construction (QC) Specialist conducts field assessments on PG&E’s electric transmission line and substation facilities. These work assessments focus on verifying the quality of: Substation work and inspections as required by GO 174. Researches, links, and refines sources of information throughout the company to support the audit process, to maintain databases of audit findings and corrective actions, and develop reports of findings, work methods, commitments, corrective actions and other related utility information. Analyzes performance, identifies trends, monitors compliance with audits and identifies issues. Designs and implements systems to collect, organize, transfer, and report data from various internal and external sources. Description Hours - Sat & Sun 10PM-8:30AM Job Summary Produces diagnostic quality radiographs with the use of roentgen rays. Operates portable and stationary x-ray equipment; prepares examination room, equipment, supplies and medications. Provides for patient comfort and safety during examination. Able to make any/all necessary changes on tags and will document all changes within SAP. • Lead of random quality checks/reviews on closed out notifications and orders in SAP • Responsible for proactively managing regional compliance and escalating exceptions • Facilitates all data request responses/responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Minimum: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience Desired: •Experience managing/supporting maintenance and preventative work •Comprehensive understanding of utility operations and work execution processes •Experience with using SAP/Foundry/Power BI to pull and manage data •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •PMP certification and / or MBA with an emphasis in a quantitative (e.g. Finance), analytical discipline, compliance and/or quality •Prior experience LEAN Management tools •Prior experience process mapping and supporting waste elimination •Prior experience developing partnerships with external stakeholders for work execution
