Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of HVAC/R equipment including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration systems, and appliances using technical schematics and diagnostic tools Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications Lead installation projects involving HVAC design plans, schematics interpretation, welding, and mechanical assembly for new or upgraded systems Conduct field service operations including plumbing repairs, refrigeration servicing, ammonia refrigeration system management, and equipment replacement Maintain and repair complex machinery such as boilers and other property infrastructure components Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every visit and maintain clear communication with customers and office staff Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, system performance reports, and compliance records Identify repair and replacement opportunities and communicate findings professionally Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians on technical procedures including HVAC/R troubleshooting, appliance repair, and equipment repair techniques This role is designed to grow over time into Lead Technician, Field Supervisor, and eventually Service Manager. You will help set the quality standard for the entire service department. Schedule Full-time. Occasional weekend or emergency availability may be required.
