Support prototype development and custom fabrication projects as required. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Vocational training, welding certification, or trade school education preferred. Minimum 2 years of welding and metal fabrication experience. Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding; aluminum welding experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings. Experience using precision measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Forklift certification is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in industrial equipment, machinery, aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments. Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication and mechanical assembly. Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures.
