About the Role Lead an 8-bed Level IIIA NICU , with a growing newborn service supporting 1,800 annual deliveries . Exciting expansion plans: A new 47,000-square-foot Birth Place with 13 NICU beds , including private rooms. Responsibilities include prenatal consults, NICU coverage, newborn coverage, and delivery attendance . Flexible coverage model: Each Neonatologist covers one-third of shifts per month, splitting in-house and at-home call. Work alongside a skilled team of neonatal nurse practitioners and physician assistants . Opportunities for quality improvement projects, regional collaboration, and leadership development .
