Outpatient only practice We are a collaborative and caring team that works cohesively together. This is a stable group of providers and support staff with very low turnover. Developmental Pediatrician and Behavioral Health embedded in provider group. Board certified or eligible Pediatrician Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State Providers who value high quality care and work life balance Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records Compensation & Benefits Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate's qualifications. Pay Range: $258,800-$279,785 Signing bonus. Up to $125,000 internal loan repayment as well as governmental loan repayment programs Generous time off.
