Interacts both with tenants and property managers to ensure timely submission of information and completion of the recertifications. • Verifies income information received from the tenants as per the program regulations and enters the data into Yardi. • Upon completion of the recertifications secures tenants' signatures. • Reviews and maintains the tenants' files according to the program requirements. QUALIFICATIONS: • Knowledge of Section 8, Low Income Housing Tax Credit and HOME programs preferred, as well as knowledge of Yardi or a similar affordable housing software program. • At least 3-5 years of experience working with the above programs preferred.
