The Retirement Plan Counselor is responsible for delivering on-site and virtual education and enrollment presentations to new and existing defined contribution Government 457 plan participants. The Counselor leverages Empower's industry leading technology and tools to drive positive results and help employees strive for a successful retirement. This position will also assist the Relationship Management team in effectively establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the territory assigned. This Retirement Plan Counselor will work with public employees in Chicago OR Springfield. The Counselor must be based in EITHER territory. What you will do * Develop and facilitate communication and education strategies by conducting one-on-one virtual and on-site group meeting by using various technologies in a professional manner * Drive participants to take measurable actions to improve their retirement outcomes including plan enrollment, deferral increases, and rollovers from previous plans * Achieve business results and facilitate impactful conversations while meeting service level agreements * Consistently complete reporting requirements within required timeframes including logging meetings, attendees and outcomes in appropriate systems * Build strong relationships with assigned key contacts, plan sponsor representatives and internal stakeholders to maximize successful participant outcomes * Manage meeting schedule, including travel booking * Provide feedback to local relationship managers about the effectiveness of communication materials/strategies and assist in identifying alternatives * Attend client meetings with other service team members * May be asked to participate in finals presentations for new prospects based on the demands of the territory What you will bring * Bachelor's degree and or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree * 2 - 4 years relevant financial services experience * Strong presentation skills required * Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams required * Strong relationship building and territory management skills * FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations within established timelines required * FINRA fingerprinting required What will set you apart * Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred * Ability to calculate figures such as interest, proportions, percentages, and fractions required * Strategic thinker who can work independently * Practical experience providing high-level, consultative client interactions preferred * Basic knowledge of defined contribution plans preferred PJRPA Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT. EMT/Paramedic - up to $21.50/hr

Overview: The purpose of this seasonal position is to provide care and respond to all EMS and First Aid needs for Six Flags guests and employees and to insure quality patient care through EMS and First Aid Guidelines. Applicants must be licensed by the Georgia State Office of EMS/Trauma as EMT-I, AEMT, EMR< EMT-B, or Paramedic, and provide a resume with the application. Responsibilities: * Provide medical care, and/or medically related transportation for our employees and Guests. * Maintain all equipment and facilities of First Aid. * Complete and maintain medical records and reports to include First Aid reports, STARS data, and GEMSIS. * Conduct safety inspections throughout the park as requested by the safety manager including, but not limited, to ride audits. * Respond to and mitigate emergency situations as needed. * Ensure that image, cleanliness, and courtesy standards requirements are met. * Refrain from consuming any substance that may impair judgment. * Maintain an atmosphere of teamwork and cordiality in working relationships. * Resolve Guests' concerns that may arise on a daily basis. * Complete any and all tasks as requested by Six Flags Management. EMT Pay Rate: $19.50/hr Paramedic Pay Rate: $21.50/hr Qualifications: * MUST BE at least 18 years of age. * Valid Driver's License. * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Maintain applicable National Registry certifications (EMT-P, EMT-I, EMT-CT). * Possess and maintain a valid and current park driving permit. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to interpret written, oral, and diagnostic form instructions. * Ability to use good judgment and remain calm in high-stress situations. * Ability to work effectively in an environment with loud noises and flashing lights. * Ability to function effectively through an entire shift or assignment. * Ability to calculate weight and volume ratios and read small print, both under life-threatening time restrictions. * Ability to read, converse and understand English. * Ability to appropriately interview patients, family members, bystanders, and witnesses. * Ability to document in writing, all relevant information in a prescribed format. Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift, carry, manipulate, and operate medical equipment, in excess of 75 pounds. * Ability to walk, run, bend, stoop and crawl on uneven terrain. * Ability to withstand varied environmental conditions such as extreme heat, cold, moisture, dryness, etc. * Ability to perform EMS and occupational functions as required. * All other duties as assigned
