Qualifications: 2-3 years of supervisory experience Prior experience in the aluminum extrusion industry Understanding of aluminum extrusion process Knowledgeable of lean manufacturing, 5s, process improvement concepts Leadership and excellent communication skills Safety-oriented 1. Assists the Extrusion manager in overall operation of Extrusion Department. 2. Monitors production orders to ensure they are inputted timely and accurately by the lead of each shift. 3.
