POSITION OVERVIEW: Transport freight across dock area to/from trailers for loading to trailers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Perform freight handling using appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including but not limited to: forklift, pallet jack and hand truck. • Verify documentation matches freight description (e.g. type, weight, hazardous materials), using current electronic or manual system. • Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies (e.g. pallets, straps, rope). • Recoup/repair damaged freight when necessary. • Verify and complete required documentation and reports. • Assist customers with freight and freight documentation as needed. • Perform hostling duties if required. • Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. • Perform other duties as required. POSITION OVERVIEW: Pick up and deliver trailers between Service Centers and/or turn-point locations via tractor-trailer combinations. Salary Range: $94,306 - $128,100 The F-18 Integrated Product Team (IPT) at NAWCWD China Lake has an opening for a System Configuration Set (SCS)/Continuous Integration Development and Deployment (CIDD) Support Program Analyst. The team member will be working in a dynamic environment and will be responsible for supporting software development, requirement identification, test planning and capability releases. Essential Job Functions: The Integration and Support Analyst will support technical engineering reviews, understand system requirements, learn the technical details of the F/A 18 E/F Integration effort, and apply that knowledge to help execute a dynamic SCS/CIDD program. Promote horizontal and vertical communications and coordination, resolve conflict via negotiation, and provide project leadership promoting a sense of cooperation to the benefit of the USN and Foreign Military customers. Assist in characterizing project technical and programmatic risks, develop risk mitigation plans, and track risks throughout the project life cycle. Oversee SCS/CIDD technical/programmatic integrity of the system through a disciplined approach to requirements development, ensuring design requirements are traceable. Ensure system definition and design reflects the requirements for all system elements: hardware, software, facilities, people and data.
