We are looking for a physician who embodies the mission and values of Harrington Hospital. Join our team of exceptional and talented gynecologists who offers complete gynecologic care, including prevention and wellness exams that catch the early signs of certain cancers and other chronic issues. If our patients are experiencing symptoms of a reproductive health concern, we perform thorough evaluations to pinpoint the cause. Our focus is to help many patients achieve excellent results with standard therapies. Major Responsibilities: Provides services commensurate with the specialty of the physician including new patient visits, follow up visits, urgent visits, and annual visits. Provides counseling and teaching, related to the management and prevention of disease, for patients and family members. Provides comprehensive care as needed including, complete history and physical examination, review of the available medical record, ordering of appropriate laboratory, imaging and other diagnostic testing to formulate diagnoses and treatment plan. Collaborates and communicates with consultants. Serves as a resource for the training and orientation of new colleagues. Manages in-basket tasks to provide safe, effective, and timely care for the patient and communicate effectively with staff and provider colleagues. Promptly completes all outstanding medical records as required by the needs of department and UMMMG. Provides on call services commensurate with needs of the ambulatory practice. Provides ER call services and inpatient call services if required by any hospital delineation of privileges. Actively maintains all required credentials, including state licensure and board certifications. Demonstrates a commitment to on-going quality improvement; complies with institutional and departmental policies and procedures; complies with health and safety regulations; performs other similar and related duties as required and directed. This role may involve supervision and or training of advanced practice providers (APPs). Standard Staffing Level Responsibilities : Complies with policies, procedures and objectives. Hand and Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgeon (MD/DO) Position Summary The Hand and Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgeon provides comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for patients with conditions affecting the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. This role includes evaluation, diagnosis, operative management, and rehabilitation planning for traumatic, degenerative, congenital, and overuse conditions, delivered through evidence-based, patient-centered orthopedic care.
