Oversees the Quality Control Program. All QC must be met according to the QC schedule that is posted. Troubleshoot equipment problems and call vendors for service repair when necessary. Maintain the Daily workload schedule as well as the Callback schedule. Assists with preparation of the employee schedule one month in advance. Must have an excellent working knowledge of contrast reactions and response and be available to patient needs. Ensures accuracy of patient demographic information, report distribution, patient image archiving, retrieval and network data transfer and tracking of outside images.
