Property Accountant We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Accountant to join a growing team. This position will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while partnering closely with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely deliverables, and successful project completion from start to finish. Key Responsibilities of the Property Accountant: Manage accounting responsibilities for approximately four assigned projects/properties. Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting deadlines. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and working capital reconciliations. Generate and analyze financial reports including General Ledger, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Income Statement reports. Identify issues, ask questions, and proactively drive projects to completion. Qualifications of the Property Accountant: 2-3 years of accounting experience required.
