Active and unrestricted state medical license in New York. Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Valid hospital privileges and current BLS, at minimum, with potential additional certifications like NRP or OB-specific credentials. Excellent clinical skills and ability to work independently in a hospital setting. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage obstetric emergencies effectively. Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience as an OB Hospitalist or in a hospital-based obstetric setting. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR). Additional certifications in fetal monitoring or neonatal resuscitation. Preferred Education and Experience: Doctorate (MD or DO). Minimum of 2 years' experience in obstetrics or hospitalist roles. Prior locum or temporary staffing experience is a plus. Other Requirements: Availability to start on 12/31/2025. Willingness to work weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday). Travel and licensure reimbursements applicable when necessary. Must comply with all hospital and healthcare regulations, including E-Verify and all necessary certifications.
