Job Duties Vice President, Software Engineering with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Seattle, Washington. Develop, enhance, support and maintain the Firm's software solutions in support of its global businesses. Design and implement high-quality, scalable and thoughtful technology solutions leveraging both internal and open-source services. Own requirements gathering, user story refinement, development, testing (unit, integration and regression), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment. Work with internal teams to develop solution designs. Luxury Real Estate General Manager - 20 Rockwell Place The Rocklyn at Bushburg Properties Inc About the Opportunity Bushburg Properties Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Luxury Residential Property General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of The Rocklyn at 20 Rockwell Place , a premier luxury residential property in Brooklyn. This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced General Manager who understands luxury residential operations and knows how to lead teams, manage building performance, maintain exceptional resident experiences, and drive operational and financial results. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with experience managing a luxury, high-rise, multifamily, residential, or large-scale property and is comfortable overseeing all aspects of building operations. What You'll Do Property Operations & Management Oversee the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the property. Lead and manage property management, maintenance, concierge, and other on-site teams. Establish and maintain high standards for luxury residential property operations, cleanliness, service, and presentation . Ensure the building, amenities, common areas, and resident spaces are consistently maintained to the highest standards. Strong knowledge of residential property management and building operations . Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, expense management, and operational planning . Strong understanding of building maintenance, preventative maintenance, vendors, and facilities operations . Knowledge of applicable NYC real estate, housing, building, and safety regulations . Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong customer service and resident relations experience.
