Sr. Associate, HR Business Partner Job Description: HITT Contracting is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide strategic guidance and hands-on support to team members and business leaders across Texas. School Based Mental Health Professional

The School Based Mental Health Professional provides behavioral health services as contracted by the school district. The behavioral health services may include coordinating, assessing, implementing, and evaluating the behavioral healthcare needs of children, adolescents, and families providing classroom support, individual counseling, facilitating social skills groups, crisis intervention, etc. The School Based Clinician also functions in consultative, collaborative, and educational relationships with teachers, school administration, the IEP team, and other professionals involved in client care. Clinicians work with students, teachers, parents, and administrators to provide caring mental health support and increase a holistic understanding of students’ and families’ needs so they can thrive both in school & at home. Some job responsibilities include: Provide therapy services to promote exploration and understanding of personal and interpersonal dynamics as designated by school district and Individualized Education Plan (IEP) needs. Provide and monitor behavioral data for documentation. Develop behavioral summaries to be used at IEP meetings and to access care. Handle all administrative duties such as incident reporting, therapeutic restraint paperwork, SAFE-T documentation, and other necessary paperwork consistent with licensure, accreditation, funding sources and CGRC technology reporting requirements. Facilitate Social Skills groups as outlined by school district need. Provide clinical leadership to CGRC team in schools. Consult with all other professionals involved in service to the child, adolescent, and family. Who is CGRC?
