What You'll Do Strategic and Service Line Leadership: In partnership with the Executive Medical Director, provide strategic and operational leadership for the Cancer Service Line across Oregon. What You’ll Bring Education & Credentials Master's Degree Experience & Expertise 10 or more years of job‑related experience. 8 years of senior‑level management experience in health care, preferably in leading, organizing and managing major clinical programs and business services and functions. Oncology experience strongly preferred. Professional & Leadership Capabilities Solid financial background gained through both operational and business planning experience.
