Strong understanding of technology, and ability to use this knowledge to create effective strategies for sourcing and attracting top talent. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives. Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment with the ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt. Strong knowledge of Talent Management and HR best practices. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
