We are looking for professional, outgoing, energetic and caring candidates with experience to work 1-1 with young children meet and surpass their goals. RBT Pay Rate of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour. Behavior Therapists will begin at a probationary rate of $16.00 to $17.00 until RBT credentialing is obtained within their first 60 days of employment. Project Brilliance offers training, guidelines and assistance in completing this job requirement.
