Why This Role Is Valuable As a senior member of the IAS Claims function, the Head of Third‑Party Claims provides strategic leadership and oversight for all third‑party liability and financial lines claims programs. This role is responsible for claim outcomes, stakeholder engagement, claims governance, market relationships, and talent development across a broad range of liability exposures. This represents the presently‑anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position.
