Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring goals are measurable and aligned with student needs. Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services in both in-person and virtual settings, adapting techniques to meet diverse student needs and developmental levels. Maintain accurate documentation and track student data to adjust treatment plans and communicate progress effectively to educators and families.
