Details Rehabilitation unit within a 95-licensed-bed hospital, located on the 2nd floor 10-bed unit with a patient ratio of 5:1 Adult and geriatric patient population including orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputation, and traumatic brain injury cases Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Every other weekend required, with weekend nights defined as Fri/Sat Occasional floating to Med/Surg as needed by the hospital No on-call requirements Uses Omnicell equipment and Meditech EHR Requirements Active RN license (WA state or compact) required 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience required CCRN certification preferred but not required Rehabilitation experience, including GG scoring documentation, preferred Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration AHA certifications required Active Nursys licensure verification required at time of consideration Additional Information Provide direct patient care to a rehabilitation population including orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputation, and traumatic brain injury patients Team-oriented environment valuing collaboration and teamwork Any scrub color is acceptable Must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months Cannot be employed elsewhere full-time while on assignment Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel rate American Traveler Job ID P-749810.
