General Purpose of Job: The Account Manager, Sourcing Solutions, will partner with cross-functional teams to grow and retain business. This role includes serving as the main client contact (internal and/or external clients), delivering print marketing solutions, supporting pitches, managing supplier partnerships, and driving a smooth, end-to-end sourcing and order-execution process. This role will work closely with Sourcing Solutions leadership to define account level strategies and own the strategy implementation and oversight of the accounts he/she is assigned. The Account Manager will lead a team to assist with the execution of daily projects and supplemental support from the larger Sourcing Solutions team as needed. Key Responsibilities: Build and grow Quad’s Sourcing Solutions offering by partnering closely with clients and cross-functional teams. Provide clients with innovative ideas, materials expertise, and creative solutions to support their marketing objectives. Contribute to retention and incremental growth of assigned accounts assisting with and/or preparing persuasive presentations, accurate estimates, and solution-based proposals. Identify, evaluate, and instantiate the onboarding new suppliers, ensuring a strong understanding of their capabilities and alignment with program needs. Develop client-facing report outs, ideation decks, and insights and collaborate with suppliers to quote new transactional and program opportunities. Maintain proactive communication with internal and external clients, gathering requirements, providing timely updates, and ensuring expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Manage approved quotes and projects through the order and delivery phases, overseeing supplier production, logistics, and overall client satisfaction for both transactional and program initiatives. Assist in overseeing inventory programs for clients, ensuring accuracy, availability, and efficient stock management. Participate in client engagements to identify and resolve transactional and program order issues, including involvement in the Quad Client Diagnostic process. Collaborate with internal business leaders to expand accounts by introducing new solutions services and identifying new growth opportunities. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or related field required. Experience: 5 years of experience and a proven track record of working with suppliers across print methods and product categories (In-Store Signage, Direct Mail, Commercial Print, and Print Logistics such as kitting, distribution planning, freight, and inventory/fulfillment). 5 years of experience working with clients on print marketing initiatives (experience in retail, consumer package-goods, apparel, beauty, and consumer services preferred). 3 years of experience purchasing and/or managing large print programs including relevant experience managing resources to deliver print solutions. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Demonstrates strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently. Passionate about offering creative products and solutions to clients. As a First Press Operator, you'll take ownership of press setup, print quality, equipment performance, and crew support while producing high-quality work for our customers. What You'll Do Set up and operate multi-color sheetfed offset presses. Review job tickets, materials, plates, inks, and production requirements. Monitor and adjust color, registration, image placement, and print quality. Troubleshoot press issues and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs. Complete production and quality documentation. Basic knowledge of precision test and calibration equipment to perform preventative maintenance. Basic understanding maintenance tooling, best practices, predictive tooling, greasing and lubrication practices. Attain and maintain proper ink and water balance. Keep an ongoing list of maintenance issues to be addressed during the next scheduled maintenance, one list for all crews. Direct crew to specific duties during scheduled maintenance. Check and set rollers, and change if necessary. Perform needed maintenance during any delay time. Monitor and maintain constant ink densities per customer specifications. Attend all Operators' meetings. Work with urgency, when the press is down, to maintain production requirements. Continue learning new and improved processes to achieve increased production. Responsible for the ongoing training and development of other Pressroom personnel. Assist Supervisors in documenting and improving procedures and processes by offering ideas and suggestions. Assist Supervisors in providing feedback for employee evaluations. Facilitate teamwork among team members and between shifts. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Must have 3 years of Lead Sheetfed Operator experience - packaging/printing field preferred. Experience with Heidelberg XL 106 6-color or K&B Rapida 106 7-color is desired, but other makes will also be considered. Must have an understanding of color, and the ability to pass a color test is required. Must have strong mechanical skills and aptitude. Ability to lift 10-15 pounds continuously, ability to lift to 50 pounds occasionally, stand long hours (12-hour shift), use hands and wrists continuously in controlled movement, receive and follow instructions, and use vision to identify defects. Ability to work 12-hour shifts, with overtime and holidays as required (OT paid over 40 hours per week). In this role, you will meet with customers, document customer requirements, provide quotes, and lead large projects from start to finish. You continue the customer relationship through the project, and beyond. Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 am- 3:30 pm The candidate should have 10 years of fabrication experience and must be able to work independently or lead a small team. The fabricator II must be self-motivated, able to work unsupervised for long periods of time, and manage changing workloads, priorities, and direction. The fabricator II needs to fill a project management role and develop good relationships with customers. Must be able to manage large projects from start to finish, and be able to mentor a Fabricator I. Must have fork truck driving experience. Must provide own set of tools. Occasional travel is required among other Wisconsin locations. Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate can weld mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum using MIG and TIG welding processes and will require structural welding certification. Have the ability to operate a CNC press brake, a manual press brake, and other hand tools. Must be able to read blueprints with weld symbols and use simple inspection tools, i.e., ruler, micrometer, caliper, protractor, and wire gauges. Must be able to identify and verify various steel types, shapes, and gauges. Must be able to do complex layout and fit-up of parts and assemblies from prints or sketches. Fabricator II will comply with Quad’s safety rules, policies, and procedures. The candidate will successfully complete all required safety and environmental training to perform the job safely. The ability to perform in a project management leadership role and lead a crew is necessary. Tasks include: Meet with customers and/or engineers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction is achieved.
