Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to individuals with diagnoses such as CHF, COPD, cellulitis, R/O, chole, appe, pneumonia, urosepsis, AKI. Monitor and titrate heparin drips based on APTT results as needed. Collaborate with charge RN and other team members to ensure quality patient care.
