Key Responsibilities\n As a Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: \n \n Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and tailored interventions to address the unique needs of individuals and families facing emotional and behavioral disorders. \n Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to establish patient diagnoses and inform treatment planning. \n Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions as appropriate, adjusting therapeutic modalities based on each client's treatment plan and progress. \n Creating and implementing initial treatment plans, coordinating with clients to identify additional services required for their success. \n Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of all therapy services provided, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards. \n Managing a diverse caseload of clients, prioritizing their needs and therapeutic goals while also participating in ongoing treatment team meetings. \n Fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and accountability in all client interactions. \n Addressing any client concerns or complaints in a constructive manner to ensure high standards of care. \n Recognizing and prioritizing patient safety throughout all aspects of service delivery. \n Adapting to various settings, which may include inpatient and outpatient contexts when client needs dictate. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will provide mental health services primarily to a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults. This role allows you to address a multitude of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your empathetic approach and commitment to therapeutic excellence will play a critical role in helping clients achieve meaningful change in their lives. Qualifications\n The ideal candidate for this role will possess: \n \n A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. \n Current state or national licensure as a mental health professional, specifically as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. \n A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing therapeutic services to individuals and families. \n Preferred Experience\n Preference will be given to candidates with experience in: \n \n Working with multidisciplinary teams in outpatient settings. \n Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to patient needs. \n Client advocacy and community resource coordination. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of your qualifications and experience.
