This role has responsibility for managing the P&L and budget to ensure we meet our annual plan and long-term strategic objectives in these channels. This Business Unit Manager will develop short- and long-term strategies, new product platforms, packaging and new item commercialization in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This position will be responsible for commercialization process management, responding to sales opportunities, developing bid submissions or proposals, and own all pricing decisions. Owns overall assortment decisions, develops meaningful portfolio positioning plans that creates added value versus competition and effectively communicates product or supplier production advantages to customers. The Associate Dean for Academic Affairs directly reports to the Dean of Pharmacy and serves as the chief academic officer for executing the curricular plan and assessing the outcomes of the students in the College of Pharmacy.
