We are looking for a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to lead and inspire our talented engineering team. You will be responsible for defining the technical vision and roadmap, overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality software products, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the engineering organization. You will lead an NHI and Agent Security team focused on tackling the massive security blind spot created by autonomous AI agents that access sensitive corporate data. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, with 3 years in a leadership role. Should have experience building enterprise SaaS products. Startup experiences that scale a team from under 10 to 20. Experience building, delivering and managing support for SaaS products that stream large amounts of data. Experience leading and managing a fully distributed team. Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and modern software delivery process. Knowledge of Agile development, including Scrum management, stories, defect tracking & management, product backlog, JIRA and MVP. Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills. Track record for being detail‑oriented with a demonstrated ability to self‑motivate and follow‑through on projects. Relentlessly high standards (never satisfied with the status quo). Preferred Qualifications Ph.D. with a focus on communication systems, signal processing or AI/ML for wireless communication Experiences in 3GPP standardization in 3GPP RAN4 Strong understanding of communication theory and relevant algorithm design experience on, including but not limited to, timing recovery, automatic gain control, modulation, channel estimation, equalization, MIMO signal estimation and detection, channel coding and error correction, and beam forming algorithms Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, wireless communication theory, and system design. Knowledge in existing wireless communication protocols, such as 5G/LTE/WCDMA/GSM, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be, 802.11ad/ay or Bluetooth/BLE. Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $171,600 and $302,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
