Qualifications\n \n A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas. \n Strong proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy techniques, along with the ability to personalize therapeutic interventions based on individual client needs. \n Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and multidisciplinary team members. \n Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex clinical issues creatively and sensitively. \n Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, valuing teamwork and supportive interactions with colleagues. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Prior experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly with children and adolescents, is highly preferred. \n Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other clinical documentation tools. \n Experience with crisis intervention and trauma-informed care practices. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
