ABOUT THE TEAM Advanced Infrared Solutions (AIRS), formerly American Infrared Solutions, was acquired by Anduril Industries in 2025 and now operates as part of the Imaging Business Line. For more than 10 years, AIRS has designed and built world‑class, high-performance cooled infrared cameras and subsystems, including critical components such as Integrated Dewar Cooler Assemblies (IDCAs). ABOUT THE JOB As Managing Director, Advanced Infrared Solutions, you are the site lead for our Hudson location and the single owner of AIRS execution end‑to‑end - not just production, but the entire business. You will report to the Imaging Business Line General Manager and partner with the Imaging leadership team and teams across Anduril corporate (finance, recruiting, security, etc.) to run the strategy, operations, and financial performance of AIRS. Most importantly, you own driving revenue, expanding the external merchant supplier business, and delivering units on time to meet customer commitments, both internal and external. Your work will vary from quick‑turn operational fire‑fighting, to building and redesigning processes, to leading high‑impact strategic initiatives and scaling manufacturing.
