Responsibilities: Support the project management team with subcontractor and supplier coordination, material tracking, file management Assist the project management team with progress updates and reporting for client review Aids in document control processes such as drafting submittals, RFIs and change orders Assist the preparation of bid packages, helping to solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids Conduct various preconstruction procedures by reviewing proposals, specifications, and drawings, executing material takeoffs, preparing cost estimates, and attending internal team meetings and client walkthroughs Collaborate with onsite superintendents and field-based teams to assist with project layout, construction drawing, trade coordination, verification of site conditions, safety, and quality control inspections Actively participate in social and networking events, weekly training and educational classes, and HITT corporate responsibility activities Qualifications: Current student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations Previous industry internship, volunteer work, or work experiences is a plus Passion for construction and general contracting industry Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week for the duration of the 10-week program Ability to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment Demonstrated ability to learn project-specific software systems, including Microsoft Office 365 (ex. Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT)

(RRT)Position Summary: The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), under general supervision from the Respiratory Clinical Manager, is responsible for all general respiratory care duties as indicated as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, which includes the administration of aerosol therapy, arterial blood analysis, ECG's, pulmonary function screening, oxygen administration, and incentive spirometry. Intensive care experience must include but not limited to arterial line management, ventilator maintenance and troubleshooting, intubation and extubation of patients and blood gas lab operations. The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) is responsible for completing all duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Education: Associate's Degree or Certificate in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy required. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years’ Respiratory Therapy experience, including experience in a critical care capacity, is required. Required Licensure/Certification(s): Current New Mexico License to practice Respiratory Care required. Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Certification required. Completion of ACLS within three (3) months of hire. PALS and NRP within six (6) months of hire required. Current verification in Basic Life Support is required. If BLS verification is not current upon hire, must be obtained within three (3) months of hire.
