To perform visual and functional checks prior to sign-off, recording results accurately and flagging any defects or non-conformances. 8. Education/Experience: Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline with 10 years of experience providing creative direction and concept development for VIP-level or high-visibility (VIPC) graphic design and production teams across multiple geographic locations. Substitution: High School diploma with at least 2 years of related college coursework and a total of 20 years of relevant experience as a creative graphic designer in a leadership role may be substituted for the degree requirement.
