Monitor tool & part inventories and the condition of the maintenance shop to ensure adequate working conditions. Develop, implement, and evaluate maintenance policies and procedures. Aid in the professional development of the I&E Technicians. Aid in conducting or arranging training for I&E Technicians in the areas of safety, repair or maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use. Aid in root cause analysis (RCA) and make recommendations. Aid in Emergency Response (HAZMAT, Confined Space Rescue, and First Aid) Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED 2 years of apprenticeship, vocational, experience, or education preferred. 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in Instrumentation & Electrical preferred Experience in the management of a CMMS program preferred.
