Our Office: 627 Mills St, Unit 1, Kalamazoo, MI 49001 Position Overview We are seeking a conscientious, detail-focused Home Dialysis Registered Nurse to serve patients in the South Bend, Indiana, area and surrounding regions . This is a home-based care position - you'll travel directly from your home to patient homes, providing peritoneal dialysis (PD) support, patient training, and acute dialysis services when needed. This role is ideal for a self-directed nurse who values working independently while adhering rigorously to clinical protocols. You'll develop meaningful relationships with your patients while upholding the highest standards of documentation accuracy and care quality.
