What You'll Do at Pega: Own the Direct Revenue Engine for Launchpad — closing high-value platform deals with ISVs, SaaS companies, PE-backed firms, and select enterprises Build the Partner Engine that multiplies our reach through Consulting & SIs, AWS, and the VC/Accelerator ecosystem Architect the AWS partnership across co-sales, Marketplace, and platform alignment (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, API Gateway) Partner with Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to make growth predictable, repeatable, and scalable Hire and develop a world-class team of sellers and partner managers Who You Are: 12 years of enterprise software sales experience, including 5 years leading teams across direct and partner channels Experience with hyperscaler partnerships (AWS strongly preferred) and Consulting/SI co-sell models A collaborative and inspirational sales leader who has built and scaled both direct and partner motions for a platform or PaaS product A connector who builds trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal teammates Financially fluent, you understand unit economics, CAC, pipeline math, and how to make trade-offs that drive durable growth A thoughtful builder who is comfortable creating playbooks from scratch and iterating quickly Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience What You've Accomplished: Built and scaled a direct sales motion for a platform or developer-focused product, consistently exceeding revenue targets Designed and launched partner programs (Consulting/SI, hyperscaler, VC/accelerator) that delivered meaningful sourced and influenced pipeline Closed multi-million-dollar platform deals with ISVs, enterprises, and/or PE portfolio companies Partnered cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive adoption, expansion, and reference customers Hired, developed, and retained high-performing sales and partner teams in a high-growth environment Gartner Analyst acclaimed technology leadership across our categories of products Continuous learning and development opportunities An innovative, inclusive, agile, flexible, and fun work environment Competitive global benefits program inclusive of pay bonus incentive, employee equity in the company Additional Information Base salary range for this role is 199,700 - 315,700 USD annually. Investment Banking Vice President – Structured Products Origination (New York)

Job Description Position Summary Guggenheim Securities (Guggenheim), the Investment Banking division of Guggenheim Partners, is seeking a Vice President to join its Structured Products Origination (SPO) team. Structured Products is a core focus area at Guggenheim, and the firm is a market leader in providing its clients with a broad range of financing solutions using securitization technology applied to a variety of traditional and non-traditional asset classes, including franchise royalties, IP rights, digital infrastructure, oil & gas assets, PACE assessments, venture debt, tax liens and others. Essential Job Functions Work with the group’s senior professionals in all aspects of SPO transactions across a variety of asset classes, with a particular focus on non-traditional, new and emerging asset classes Work with senior professionals to identify and pitch new securitization opportunities to new and existing clients Coordinate with all transaction parties throughout the transaction execution lifecycle Prepare marketing presentations, term sheets and rating agency materials Review and comment on transaction legal documentation Oversee development of securitization cash flow models and cash flow scenario analyses for issuers, rating agencies and investors Perform portfolio and historical data analysis for various types of assets Conduct market research and industry review projects for new and emerging asset classes Preferred Qualifications Current position as a Vice President at a major financial institution Experience with cash flow modeling of ABS, CLO or other types of securitized products required Strong quantitative skills; Microsoft Excel modeling experience required, familiarity with VBA a plus Must have familiarity with securitization legal documents Detail-oriented, organized, with initiative and ability to multitask and work as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Resourcefulness, intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm Experience leading day-to-day execution of securitization transactions Work Location Currently, this role is expected to be in the New York office at least 4 days per week. Salary Annual base salary of $250,000. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position.
