Coordination with third-party warehouse staff to support scaling and improve internal efficiencies. Management of inventory and inventory processes at third party repair centers Root cause analysis (5 Whys / 8D / other methodology) to close gaps and continuously improve when issues are identified. Physically receive, count, and stock spare parts and finished goods in the Boston warehouse. Record all transactions accurately and timely in SAP, SFDC, and other internal tools.
