Position Overview: Nulixir is looking for a highly qualified and experienced professional to co-lead Nulixir’s manufacturing operations. You will partner closely with Product Development, Sales, and Procurement functions to deliver premium quality products to our B2B customers in a timely and cost-efficient manner as well as continuously identify ways to improve our manufacturing operations as we scale-up over time. You should be highly experienced in the advanced manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has immense intellectual curiosity, operations rigor, quality-focus mindset, metrics driven approach, and strong technical and quality control background. In this role, you will directly report to the Head of Operations. Knowledge of steel construction, welding, fasteners, machining, bearings, wheels and conveyance systems is a plus. Position is based in St. Petersburg, FL. Inspect electrical equipment and components to identify hazards and to ensure the equipment is in good operational condition. Setup and maintain temporary power systems. Job Summary: Leads team collaboration with peer engineering teams, manufacturing, suppliers and customers to drive product designs across all phases of the product life cycle. The Electrical Engineer III will assist the Electrical Engineering Supervisor in leading the Electrical engineering team’s development, planning and growth. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Develops products, including RF architecture, PCBAs, interconnects, risk assessment, planning and development documentation, in compliance with the company’s Quality Management System requirements. Provides leadership, technical direction and support to engineering team to promptly identify, define and resolve engineering, design and development issues to meet multiple project needs and objectives. Improves capabilities and skills using review processes and aiding in coaching/mentoring. Works with internal and external customers to ensure designs meet manufacturability, service and customer requirements. Initiates and directs problem solving and continuous improvement activities for both development projects and mature products.
