Inclusive of part sequencing consistent with Logistic transit strategies. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address changing priorities or constraints. Capacity Management Maintain visibility to plant capacity, labor availability, and machine utilization. Identify and escalate operational bottlenecks, including unplanned machined downtime, to Purchasing timely to keep projects on track against established milestones. Recommend schedule adjustments to improve throughput and service levels. Provide regular capacity and schedule status updates to plant leadership. Work with Maintenance department to schedule preventative maintenance to reduce impact to production attainment. Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with Director of Cost & Strategy Optimization, Production Strategy Project Manager, Project Management, Production and Purchasing to align production plans.
