Job Description Job Description Journeyman Electricians (Licensed) Location: Plainfield, CT Pay: Competitive (Based on Experience) Commercial Construction | Long-Term Opportunity We’re actively hiring licensed Journeyman Electricians for commercial construction projects based out of Plainfield, CT . If you’re dependable, skilled, and ready to be part of a professional team working on major commercial builds—we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on commercial job sites Read and interpret blueprints (or be willing to learn) Run and bend conduit, pull wire, and terminate devices Perform testing, troubleshooting, and quality control Work on new construction and renovation projects What You Need: Valid Electrical License (Journeyman) Minimum 3 years commercial or industrial experience preferred Ability to work with tools, equipment, and follow safety standards Physically able to lift, climb ladders, and work in active job sites Willingness to travel nationwide after 90 days Preferred (Not Required): OSHA 10 or 30 Certification Scissor Lift / Aerial Lift Certification Experience operating mini excavators or bobcats What You Get: Competitive weekly pay Paid vacation & holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) (after 1 year) Per diem housing provided when traveling Additional benefits available—ask for details Requirements: Valid ID Ability to pass a drug screening Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person LEAD is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
