What you’ll be doing: As a Delivery Driver, you will transport products safely and deliver office supplies on your assigned route to customers. At times, depending on volume, you will load your truck. Safety is our utmost priority so, in this role, we will look to you to ensure safe work practices and embrace and foster our safety culture. You will organize and load product for delivery utilizing the manifest assuring the most efficient delivery route and schedule. You will be a problem solver for our customers; providing customer support, accepting product returns and will be empowered to make your customers' day. You’re our brand on wheels! What you bring to the table: An ability to be a safe and courteous driver who can navigate your way around a map and all kinds of weather and road conditions. Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications). Full-Time associates must have the ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift; additional overtime hours will be required based on business need. Ability to lift up to 70lbs, push and pull items weighing up to 400lbs. with the assistance of hand carts/material handling equipment, and occasionally maneuver up to 130 lbs. Position Summary CET’s Strategy and Policy (S&P) team creates, tests, and advocates for evidence-based clean energy transportation solutions by spearheading pilot projects, policy frameworks, tailored customer offerings, and stakeholder engagement. Our team develops, iterates, and executes on PG&E’s strategy to connect 3 million electric vehicles (EV) to the grid by 2030 and enabling at least 550 MW of flexible load from VGI applications. To do this, the team is focused on the following five pillars below: Build : reimagining how we build the transmission and distribution grid to enable mass EV adoption, Deploy: strategizing how we can enable and deploy VGI at scale, Invest: identifying how we ensure the state meets ambitious charging infrastructure targets and developing new programs to ensure we invest in all of our communities, Serve: working to serve our EV customers in a way that inspires joy and builds trust; and, Create: creating a repeatable and scalable pathway to enable widespread electrification via partnerships and policy advocacy. The S&P Manager will be responsible for leading a team focused on regulatory and policy advocacy and new program development for CET and will set and iterate on the strategic direction for electric vehicles within PG&E, as the lead for PG&E’s EV True North Strategy (TNS). A successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, be a self-starter and quick learner and willing to consider industry trends, the regulatory and policy environment, financial impacts, and customer needs as they develop and execute on strategic initiatives for PG&E and our EV customers. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory and will be agreed upon by the successful candidate and hiring leader. Preferred work location is Oakland, CA. The Material Handler focuses on loading and unloading trucks, rails, and barges in a safe efficient manner. The Senior Advising Engineer is a recognized expert within their area of responsibility, and someone who can apply their extensive knowledge of engineering principles and practices and system analysis to develop creative solutions to complex problems. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The a ssigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory. Facilitate alignment across business units and corporate functions Resolve conflicts around priorities, ownership, funding, and standards Lead or support steering committees and leadership forums related to AI Background Qualifications Minimum BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent experience. 12 years of enterprise architecture experience. Desired 15 years of leadership experience across data, analytics, AI, or enterprise technology. Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale AI and data programs in complex, regulated environments. Strong understanding of data modeling, cloud platforms, AI/ML lifecycle management, and risk controls. Executive leadership presence with the ability to influence across different lines of business including operations, and IT. MA/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security or other Technology Discipline Experience with specific technologies, systems and platforms related to a domain or associated sub-domain. Experience with hardware, networks, software technologies, applications, and modeling techniques related to a domain or associated sub-domain. Experience consulting with IT leadership on creating a strategic vision and direction with specific technologies, systems and platforms related to a domain. Compensation PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. We estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed within the reasonable compensation range of $192,800 to $277,150. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis. This leadership role is also eligible for an annual Short Term Incentive Plan (STIP) award, as well as the Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) grant.
