As part of a larger outpatient therapy network, the clinic offers access to shared clinical resources, standardized treatment pathways, and opportunities for clinical growth and specialization.In this role, you will evaluate and treat a variety of conditions including post-operative orthopedic cases, sports-related injuries, chronic musculoskeletal pain, balance and gait impairments, and general deconditioning. A typical day includes conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, providing hands-on interventions and therapeutic exercise programs, and guiding patients through progressive functional training tailored to their goals. You will also perform ongoing reassessments, update treatment plans, and provide clear education to patients and families to encourage engagement and adherence.Patient volumes are designed to support high-quality, one-on-one or small-group care, with scheduling that allows you to complete thorough documentation and maintain strong relationships with your patients. The caseload is primarily adult, with potential opportunities to work with adolescent athletes or older adults focusing on fall prevention and functional independence. Support staff and therapy technicians assist with preparing equipment, monitoring exercises, and facilitating patient flow, allowing you to focus on clinical decision-making and patient outcomes.Shifts are typically daytime hours during the week, with a schedule that may include some extended days to accommodate patient needs and community schedules. The outpatient setting offers predictable hours and the ability to enjoy evenings and weekends in the surrounding Hill Country and on Lake LBJ.
