Manage daily pharmacy operations, including directing technicians’ workflow, verifying pharmaceutical preparation and labeling, and overseeing order entry. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to pharmacy technicians and support staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including sanitation of work surfaces, equipment, and maintaining clear floors.
