Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, and communicate progress and issues to stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Ohio. 3 years of experience in transportation and roadway design, ODOT regulations and guidelines, and AutoCAD and Civil3D software. Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software, such as HEC-RAS or SWMM. Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
