Manage daily pharmacy operations, including directing technicians’ workflow, verifying pharmaceutical preparation and labeling, and overseeing order entry. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to pharmacy technicians and support staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including sanitation of work surfaces, equipment, and maintaining clear floors. Regularly lift, pull, push, and rotate merchandise up to 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Complete all required HIPAA, compliance, and departmental training programs.
