RN-HVC Cardiothoracic ICU (CTICU/WP3) Cardiothoracic ICU is an 18-bed cardiac surgery unit, specializing in care for complex post-operative CABG, valve replacements, aortic dissection repairs, heart transplants and LVAD implantation. This is also the only unit in YNHH health system that cares for patients requiring ECMO, whether it is VV (lung bypass) or VA (heart and lung bypass).
