Job Details You will be the forefront of cutting-edge building technology—working on projects that keep people, systems, and facilities protected in today’s digital-first world. From AI-powered IP video surveillance to cloud-connected access control, you’ll help deploy security platforms that power some of the most advanced hospitals, data centers, universities, and industrial facilities in the country. We’re seeking a skilled professional ready to lead installations, support commissioning efforts, and train the next generation of security tech talent What You’ll Do: Deliver best-in-class installations of integrated electronic security systems—CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, alarm sensors, and associated software platforms Perform system programming, testing, and final commissioning activities Provide on-site mentorship and training to junior specialists—share best practices and foster team growth Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless execution from install to handoff Conduct walkthroughs, punch lists, and customer acceptance testing Identify installation deficiencies and recommend improvements to elevate quality and compliance Requirements: 1 years (mid-level) or 3 years (senior-level) of hands-on experience with security system installs (Genetec, Avigilon, CCURE, Milestone, Axis, etc.) Understanding of network infrastructure—IP addressing, routers/switches/firewalls, and video bandwidth considerations Ability to work at heights, lift 50 lbs unassisted, and navigate construction and retrofit environments Valid U.S. driver’s license and eligibility for our fleet program Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently without sponsorship Preferred: 5 years in complex security installations Massachusetts Class D Electrical License Ability to interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and construction documents Interested in hearing more?
