Denver Cold Storage is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen the HR function across the Denver Cold Family of Companies. In this operationally focused leadership role, the Human Resources Manager will guide core HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, while working closely with safety, engagement, and departmental leaders to support alignment across the organization. The ideal candidate will have the ability to cultivate trust, navigate sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy, and help leaders create clear expectations and effective people practices.
