Job Description Job Description Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional nursing care in a long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing setting. Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician, the LPN is responsible for delivering patient-centered care, administering treatments and medications, monitoring resident health, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes.
