WMS & Execution Logic Enablement Provide advanced engineering support for Warehouse Management System (WMS) execution, acting as a bridge between Operations, IT, and Engineering. Analyze and tune pick paths, work logic, parameters, and configurations to improve execution efficiency and reduce non‑value‑added labor. Support operational validation of system changes to ensure solutions are execution‑ready, not just technically correct. Branch Support & Execution Enablement Partner directly with Distribution Center leadership to convert analytics and engineering insights into actionable execution plans. Lead KPI reviews, performance diagnostics, and PDCA‑based improvement plans at the branch level. Provide coaching and guidance to improve execution consistency and reinforce standard work adoption on the floor. New Business & Go‑Live Support Support high‑complexity new business and automation go‑lives where execution risk is highest. Lead slotting readiness, labor modeling, capacity validation, and volume stress‑testing efforts. Join Our Team as a Quality Technician We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Technician to join our team in Oberlin, OH. In this role, you’ll help ensure products meet the highest standards for quality, performance, and customer expectations.
